Rugged maniac refund policy.

At this point our plan is to move forward with all races. We will continue to keep a close eye on developments as they pertain to coronavirus covid 19 and will communicate with all impacted parties should our position. The email sent to past rugged maniac participants was applauded by many participants in the industry. This is an industry first for a large race organization of offer refunds with a no questions asked policy.

We build 25 epic obstacles for you and your friends to play on like fire jumps water slides trampolines and underground tunnels put them in a 3 mile course and then throw a crazy party with plenty of beer and music. We ve already put a year s worth of time and resources into preparing for the event so we simply don t have the resources to be able to offer refunds or deferrals to 2021 in the event of cancellation. As with all of our events we will take every measure possible to ensure the well being of our participants. The new policy allows participants to receive refunds for any reason if they are unable to attend an event they are registered.
